Chris Magwood is obsessed with making the best, most energy efficient, carbon sequestering, healthy, beautiful and inspiring buildings. Chris has authored seven books on sustainable building, and is the co-editor of the Sustainable Building Essentials series from New Society Publishers, and is a past editor of The Last Straw Journal, an international quarterly of straw bale and natural building. In 1998 he co-founded Camel’s Back Construction, and is currently working on an MA at Trent University, studying the carbon storage potential of the built environment.
