Speaker 1: Today, we’re gonna take a look at the Go Power! cable entry plate with the 7′ long red and black MC4 cable leads. Now this cable entry plate will let you run your solar kit wires wherever you want on your RV rooftop, helps reduce the amount of exposed cables on the roof, keeps your wire configuration very tidy, also protects your cable connects, helps prevent any roof leaks. This plate does eliminate installing the solar cable at the refrigerator vent and it is designed for easy expansion. The plate itself is a UV resistant polycarbonate finish. It connects with industry standard MC4 cables. No Go Power! uses industry standard MC4 connections for a nice, secure, quick and easy connection on your solar systems.
The MC4 stands for multi-contact 4 millimeter. The 4 millimeter is actually the diameter of the contact pin in the connectors. Now this type of connector allows you to push the connectors together. But it does require a tool to disconnect them. These cable leads here are 10 gauge wire thickness.
It includes the cable entry plate and a 7′ MC4 red cable and 7′ MC4 black cable. But that should do it for the review on the Go Power! cable entry plate with the 7′ long red and black MC4 cables.
